My heart is to see people truly experience God, not just attend church. Everything we do is centered around helping people Engage with God in a real and personal way, Equip them with the truth and power of His Word, and Empower them to walk confidently in their purpose.
I believe church should be a place where faith is strengthened, lives are transformed, and people are challenged to grow. My passion is to teach practical, Spirit-led messages that help you apply Scripture to everyday life and build a thriving relationship with Christ.

Hi, I am Lady Mullings,  I’m honored to serve as the Executive Administrator at Forest Hills Church.
I serve with a heart to help steward the vision of the house with order, excellence, and intentionality. My role is to provide structure, support, and alignment so that ministry can function smoothly and people can focus on what matters most — encountering God.
I am committed to helping create an environment where people can Encounter God without distraction, Equip our leaders and teams with the systems and support they need, and Empower ministries to move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
For me, administration is more than managing details — it is ministry. When we steward well what God has entrusted to us, we make room for growth, transformation, and the advancement of the Kingdom.

 Hello, I’m Min. Battles, and I have the honor of serving as the Administrative Pastor at Forest Hills Church.
My heart is to ensure that our ministry operates with order, integrity, and excellence. I believe strong administration is essential to sustaining healthy growth and supporting the vision of the house. In my role, I help oversee operations, coordinate ministry efforts, and support our leaders so that everything functions in alignment.
I am committed to helping create an environment where people can Encounter God without distraction, Equip our teams with the structure and guidance they need, and Empower each ministry to serve effectively and confidently.
For me, administration is not just about processes — it is about stewardship. When we manage well what God has entrusted to us, we create space for lives to be changed and the Kingdom to advance.

 Hi, I’m Shantell, and I serve as the Worship & Programming Director at Forest Hills Church.
My heart is to help create an atmosphere where people can truly Encounter God. I oversee the flow and coordination of our worship experiences and programming to ensure that every service is intentional, impactful, and aligned with our vision. I believe worship is more than music — it is the posture of our hearts and the environment we cultivate.
Through worship and programming, we aim to help people Encounter God through authentic praise, Equip our teams to serve with excellence and unity, and Empower every person in the room to participate fully in the experience.
I am passionate about creating moments that are both Spirit-led and well-structured, where excellence meets expectation and lives are transformed.

Hi, I am Sis. Hester Mayfield, and I serve as the Children’s Director. I am passionate about helping children grow in their faith while creating a safe, fun, and loving environment where they feel welcomed, valued, and excited to learn about God.
My heart is to create opportunities for children to Encounter Christ, be Equipped with biblical truth, and be Empowered to live out their faith in everyday life. Through intentional teaching, meaningful connection, and engaging experiences, I desire to help children build a strong spiritual foundation that will guide them as they grow.
I believe children are an important part of the church today, and it is my joy to partner with families as we nurture their faith and encourage them to walk confidently in who God has called them to be.

Hi, I’m Sis. Deehan, and I have the honor of serving as the Outreach Director at Forest Hills Church.
My heart is to create opportunities for people to Encounter Christ, be Equipped with support, and be Empowered to grow and thrive. Outreach is more than organizing events — it’s about building authentic relationships, meeting real needs, and being the hands and feet of Jesus beyond the walls of the church.
I believe we are called to help our community encounter the love of God through genuine connection, equip people with practical resources, and empower individuals and families to walk forward in hope and purpose. Everything we do in outreach is rooted in compassion and reflecting the heart of Christ.

Hello, I’m Min. Davis, and I have the privilege of serving in Christian Education at Forest Hills Church.
Christian Education, also known as Sunday School, is a place where we intentionally create opportunities for believers of all ages to Encounter God, be Equipped through His Word, and be Empowered to live out their faith. My heart is to create an environment where people feel comfortable asking questions, growing in their understanding of Scripture, and strengthening their personal walk with Christ.
We help people encounter God through meaningful discussion and fellowship, equip them through sound biblical teaching, and empower individuals to apply God’s Word in everyday life. I believe learning should be both spiritually enriching and practical — helping us live out our faith with confidence and clarity.
